★☆☆☆☆ I am technology savvy person. Out of the box it would not charge. There is a defect in the connection. I think there might be an issue with the battery connection. I finally got it to charge, then set it up. I could not get any signal for T-Mobile whereas my Motorola had GREAT reception.SAVE YOUR TIME- DO NOT BUY ITSELLER DID NOT REFUND THOUGH THE SYSTEM SHOWS THAT A REFUND WAS ISSUED... ★★★☆☆ I can't say much about the phone itself, because I had to return it since it doesn't work with the Metro-by-TMobile network (I was under the impression that it would, but when I took it to the store to activate it, their system said it would not).

★☆☆☆☆ Bought this phone for my 7yr old daughter bc it was her favorite color and it was inexpensive & I’m use to the BLU brand. took it out the box and noticed the phone battery was completely dead which I never had happen before with any phone I’ve purchased… placed on charger phone reached 2% and she was able to input her contacts she wasn’t able to take her phone with her when she left home bc of the low battery she has been gone for over 8hrs & the phone has went from 2% to 0% I have changed the outlets and chargers & nothing still @ 0%…really needed a phone before school started this phone was a waste of time.
