I switched from an iPhone and have no complaints. Phone works great, takes great pictures, and battery lasts the day. Be aware that it is a large phone (not something I checked before purchasing) but besides it being a little larger than I'd like, it's a really great phone.
I've always been a fan of Samsung.... however, this model, the A21, has been a nightmare!All I wanted was to update to a newer, more updated version! Everything is/was identical except for the size and fingerprint option.Switching over was simple to start with, until it became complicated... because of the pre-installed apps (difficult to remove) there isn't room for mine!Unfortunately for me, my window to return had expired a day or so before realizing that this wasn't what I wanted in a phone.... my bad!I want to also mention that I've had many a cell phone, including the iPhone (prefer Android) and cellular service since the 80's and have never given a negative review... until today!
The software problems that usually occur after 6 months with most phones, start occurring after 2 with this one.Everything freezes. Status bar comes down 300x a day without provocation.
