I have tried other security cameras but prefer Arlo. Very well made, the options (features) are easy to use and rechargeable battery holds charge a long time and great customer support. I’m not all that tech savy and they are patient and understanding.
Refurbished--yeah right- more likely re-packaged with the original problem still exists. This camera will NOT charge- I have the weather prrof outside adapter and the inside charging cord and neither one will charge the battery-- so there it sits- with message that I need to charge my camera. What do you suggest I do now?
These arlo pro 2 1080p camera's are quite simple to install, configure, etc and they work very well. The best deals can be found on sets including the router, but good deals can be found for add on camera's later if you want to expand. Netgear gives you free storage for up to 5 cameras for 7 days, with additional via subscription. Supplying power to the camera adds better features/functionality. Batteries seem to last me around 3 months not the expected 6. These arlo pro 2 cameras have pretty good quality (not so great in night mode) and actually pre record prior to motion so you don't miss anything
