A great meal replacement. Consider use under medical supervision if for more than one daily meal Good flavor and texture; easy preparation at home or to take along when dining out.
The taste of the shakes has changed. I'm not happy with the taste. It has a horrible medicine after taste to it. Nestle has changed the ingredients since I last used it, 2 years ago. I hope they change it back to the original ingredients.
Started with this product on a medically supervised weight management program. Now I use it for maintenance. It's a pretty good meal replacement supplement. You can easily count the calories you're consuming. It has some "staying power" to keep your hunger at bay for a few hours. The taste is pretty good to my palette.
