★★★★☆ Simple to use and easy to clean for a one cup K-cup brewer. What makes it somewhat slow is being unable to preheat the water before putting in the K-cup. Which means I have to be ready with the coffee cup. There is no temperature setting for heating the water and the coffee ends up being too hot for me. I had to switch to a non-insulated coffee cup that is cool enough to cool the coffee as it is brewing. I have yet to try it with ground coffee using the included metal screen filter. Other reviewers complained that coffee grounds are not uniformly soaked. When I first used it I had to run though about 15 cycles with just water to get rid of the plastic taste. But it was fine after that.

★★★☆☆ The water receptacle is poorly designed: if the machine is sitting on a kitchen counter, the receptacle is hard to see and fill if you are less than 5'5" tall; since there is no difference in color between the receptacle and the measuring letters/numbers, everything blends together; the only way to accurately fill it is to remove it and carry it to your water source. The brewer works quickly, and both types of brewing work well. So, if you are tall enough to look down into the machine and you have exceptional eyesight, this is a great machine.

★★★★☆ its pretty good at making coffee. its slower than my bunn . my bunn makes a whole pot in the same amount of time this one makes one cup. but for the summer this will do as i only drink one cup of coffee during summer months winter months i use my bunn. i can fill my cup with water poor that cup into this machine and i get that same cup of coffee. pretty nice. be sure to leave room for creamer if you use creamer use a lil less water in your cup. takes about 3 minutes . i us the ground coffee in mine as i like real strong coffee. pretty easy to clean. its small and slim so it stores pretty good. over all so far i like it for one or 2 cups of coffee any more id say get a bunn it makes a whole pot in two minutes hahaha
