★★★★★ When they say "White Label" they mean it, I have no idea who makes these drives. I can't tell you how reliable they are because I haven't owned them long enough yet, I can tell you they are fast and surprisingly quiet for enterprise drives. I bought four and am using them both internally, and externally in a toaster dock for backups I can take off line. All four drives received work fine in that regard. I'm planning to buy another four next month and upgrade the 2TB drives in my other workstation. They do have to be formatted before use, they come with directions to do that. I did find that I could not boot my Dell workstation with an unformatted drive in it, it hangs. I had to put them in the toaster and start it up after the machine booted. I do not know if that is just a quirk of my workstation or if you will run into that with other machines.
