★★★★★ Purchased for our office. First time we have used an item of this kind. Found it very easy to setup/charge. Used the app to schedule cleaning times. Initially had to empty daily, but now that carpet is cleaner we were able to reduce job list to every other day. Only regret we have is not buying one that allowed room mapping mode, Otherwise would buy again...it does what was expected without a problem over its initial first weeks of use.

★★★☆☆ Gets stuck and stays in the same room a lot . Battery seems not to last long . Has a hard time docking it self. Emptying it is the easy part.

★★★★★ If you've never had one, GET ONE. Once you've had one you will never want to be without it, for sure! I gave mine to my Mom and she LOVES it. Did not think I'd miss is that much since we got rid of the last of our carpet, but I absolutely had to get myself another one. It not only does an EXCELLENT JOB of vacuuming, but it's absolutely wonderful that it vacuums under almost all of my furniture. I recommend buying a remote if yours doesn't come with one.
