★★★★★ I bought one for myself and It does its job very well!. When my feet are super tired I just get my feet massaged for the set 15 minutes and they are good to go. It feels so good that I want to keep massaging them but i can't because my feet start getting cramps. But Im okay with just 15 mins, this soothes my pain away. My mom was at my house and when she tried it , she asked me to order one for herself. Now, shes bought two more for gifting. We are really happy with this massager. It is of excellent quality as well. The only con for me is the heat on it, its too hot for myself but we are all different and some can manage hot surfaces better than others : ) I recommend it!

★★☆☆☆ It is painful to use. It is a deep massage product but it hurts the bones in my feet. If you can tolerate the pain,then go for it. I tried all settings, but even the lowest hurt. Directions say use less than 30 minutes. I could only handle 5 minutes. Also it is large and bulky. Remote has to be held directly over unit to operate. I gave yes on value and quality but it is average.
