I purchased H13 for my 2013 F150 . The good - Easy plug & play , super bright , crisp white Light . The Bad - Fan noise resonates into cab and is slightly noticeable at idle . The low-beam light pattern is excellent , high beams are not so great . The low beams are probably TOO BRIGHT . While driving with low beams , oncoming cars flash their high beams at me and I notice people adjusting their rear view mirrors when I’m stopped behind them .
Bought these for a Kawasaki Voyager XII and a Yamaha Roadstar and they fit perfectly. They are brighter than oem light bulbs but I thought they were going to be brighter. They might need a ballast to make them brighter but the bulbs come by themselves.
Was skeptical about $22 LED bulbs for my SUV but decided to try these after a defective ballast on my hid's. Man these are way brighter and a breeze to install, no excessive fan noise and no extra components. We will see how long they last but so far so good.
