★★★★★ The chair looks brand new. Can't tell at all that it is used. Was delivered promtly, easy to assemble. Perfect.

★★★☆☆ I believe the parts I chair parts I received are authentic but mismatched. The seat is from the 2005 model and the back is newer. It's easy to confirm this by looking at the armrest adjustment mechanism for the seat and comparing that to newer models that have the Posturefit back and a different mechanism. The manufacturer stickers have been removed from both parts as well, which seems a little shady. I guess you get what you pay for but it's still a $700 chair and I expected to get parts that were made to fit.

No longer will my back or bottom get hot or sweaty from sitting in a chair that isn't able to breathe. I'm blessed to have found this here on eBay for a fraction of the cost.
