★★★★★ The instructions weren't the best, reduced photocopy, but everything else was great. Took some trial and error to get the depth set, but once set it worked perfectly. There is a learning curve, but I did a 14 X 15 foot room and it went very smoothly. Magnetic tip held the screws nicely. I had no issues using this tool. Wish I'd bought one years ago. Great product

★☆☆☆☆ When an item is marked as reconditioned I expect it to be nearly new. Not so with this item! It arrived poorly packed. There was no packing at all it was just thrown in a cardboard box. The motor was replaced on the unit but nothing else. The chuck is very worn and none of the settings are readable on the grip. There was an old stripped out bit stuck in it that took some effort to extract. The tip looks like someone pounded it on concrete and will likely need replacing. Save the frustration and just by a new one.
