★★★★★ I just used this today and even tho it says refurbished on the listing... I was surprised to find everything packaged exactly as you would buy it at a store. This carpet cleaner worked wonderful! It’s light and easy to assemble!! I’m very happy with this product!!

★★★☆☆ This product was okay in my opinion. This is a machine that you buy to keep things tidy and clean, not one that you buy to tackle big jobs. All in all, I spent an evening washing my carpets with this machine and it did an okay job- I felt like things were cleaner than when I started. The few complaints that I have.... First, I do not feel like it sucked a lot of the water back up. I am not familiar with carpet cleaners, so I am not sure if this is usual, but I feel like I sprayed out a ton of water and was only able to suck up part of it. That being said, I basically thought to myself "wow I just sprayed and brushed a lot of water on my carpet to have it sink down and sit in the rug." I turned on a bunch of fans. That being said, I feel like I got a good surface clean, not a deep clean. My other complaint is that it was kinda hard to use. Mine was used so it did not come with an instruction book. There are a lot of good videos on Youtube showing you how to use it. The thing with this though, is the only instruction for removing the water/cleaner bottle was to "pull straight up." I am not sure if I am weak or if something was up with my cleaner, but I would pulled with all my might and could not get it off! haha! It graduated to the point where I was trying to stand on the cleaner to hold it down while I pulled up on the bottle. Fortunately, I was able to get the bottle off, unfortunately, I got the bottle off because I accidentally cracked one of the sliders on the vacuum that held the bottle on. This was a learning curve but the product did what I wanted, which was for my carpets to be cleaner. I had just moved into my apartment and people were in and out moving boxes and putting in cable... just overall a lot of dirty boots. I do not think that I would buy this again, but I also do not dislike it enough to return it and get a different one. This one does the job just enough that Im okay with letting it hang around my house and use it until it breaks for good. This is the worlds okay-est carpet cleaner and I am fine with it.

★★★★☆ THIS machine actually performs as well as the larger carpet cleaners and cleans well with cleaning solutions provided with machine brand products and because of its size I can clean in places the larger machine can't reach. Very nice.
