The tool could surely be better wired. I had one of these tools before I bought this refurbished one and I had a wire burned out to the main coil. I was finally able to repair it an so far it is working okay.
My Dremel arrived super fast packed in a Dremel box...looked like new even though it is a refurb. Had a use for it a couple days later...the sanding unit, included, worked great on my project, saving me a great amount of time on my project...then used it to cut and trim...also worked as advertised...and all this at a great price...Best Buy I've made in a long time.
It works great. I always wanted one of these just couldn't afford it. I like the very easy quick change of tools that attach to the head. very comfortable in hand. I have so many uses for this tool now that I have one.
