Such a useful multifunctional piece of equipment to have for your home gym. Super sturdy and made well. There is not one thing I can complain about. Ive used it as step up and other cardio moves, for sitting weighted pieces, for tricep dips, and for elevated leg lifts. Love this bench. First off has a good weight and is very strudy. The incline bench holds a storage area. The legs fold up for multiple exercises. Very happy with my purchase.
This is a very handy piece of equipment. I really like how versatile it is. They only negative thing I have to say is that it’s too short. I’m 5’8 and I have to slide all the way down with by bottom almost off the bench for me to rest my head while doing presses. Other than that a very good and sturdy bench.
