★★★★★ This oscillating tool was perfect for cutting out the door frame to install a tile floor. There are measurement markings on the blade which help you cut just where you need to without going too deep. The tool itself is not too big, so you can manoeuvre where you need to. It also comes with a tool to cut the drywall, I have used it a few times for this and it makes drywall work a lot easier. It does not cut the drywall deeper than it needs to (as long as you're careful) and I did not come into contact with any hidden wiring or the wood joists in the wall. Would highly recommend, I have not had this tool long, so can't speak for the durability this item, but so far so good. Not used it for sanding yet but does come with a tool for that.

★★★☆☆ Used it a couple times already, and it appears to be working good. The MAJOR problem for me, is my cutter inventory is now obsolete. I must buy ANOTHER unit, or cut a slot in every one of my cutters, due to the "quick change" design on this. The cutters must be "opened" on the hold down end, to slide it under the washer. If this is your first one to buy, or you've already been using these, then that won't be an issue to you. just be careful what cutters you buy.

★★★★★ This has got to be my favorite tool ever, and I use it all the time. It makes quick work of all the annoying projects, quickly converting the project finish from good enough to perfection in record time. I have no idea how I lived without it so long.
