The unit is very easy to set up. The print quality was poor. The colors didn’t line up. After updating the firmware it caused the printer to not respond on the touchscreen. After reloading the firmware again it worked. Calibration never got the colors to work right, black was offset from the other colors. HP chat constantly disconnects, phone support is better. Do not purchase from official HP store they misstated as having the factory warranty. My unit had less than 3 months remaining on the warranty and would take close to a month for repair. Or at least a couple of weeks to get a rebuilt replacement.
Ordered this printer to aid in printing some color marketing material. Very easy to setup. I use printers on my network to print, so the Ethernet port is a must. Windows 10 found the printer with no problems, installed the drivers and away we went. iPhone found it as well. My how far we have come since the HP 3 days.
This is one of these products that is not the prettiest, and not the fastest, and not the anything-est, but in the end it is an amazing product at doing what it's supposed to do. Solid, no hassles, easy to set up, no 7-layers-of-drivers, it just works. I bought 4 of these (for work), and all 4 fire up 1st-pass, they feed w/o paper-jams, thank you HP for being this reliable...
