The refurbished V11 I received is a juggernaut. We pulled out deep down dust, dirt and dander from the core of the Earth with it. The house was “cleaned” before we moved in and the Dyson called them out big time. It’s so easy to use too. Lightweight, no dumb power cord to pull out of the wall,or hose to get wrapped around the dog. It just makes cleaning fun and fast. If your even considering buying one, then please know that these are the real deal and have the engineering, aesthetics and performance you will love.
I bought this for cleaning my home and RV. It has strong suction, many attachments, easy to use, battery lasts for at least 45 mins and beater head is great. A bit clunky to empty. Small dirt chamber, but that is to be expected on a portable cordless vac. Overall I am loving it so far . Also, this was a reburbished unit. No problems with that and quite a savings.
We purchased this V11 refurbished because quite honestly I couldn't justify the retail price. It came with a 6 month warranty and was packaged very well. It's powerful and easy to use. We mounted the charger on the wall so it's always ready to go. The attachments are very easy to use as well. We love this new vacuum.
