★★★★☆ The unit is handsome snd after a learning curve is easy to operate. Only 2 features are detrimental. Too tall to fit under kitchen counter when filling with water. And water reservoir doesn’t hold nearly what a Keurig.

★★★★☆ All's good with the performance, but the single brew basket doesn't filter as well as my other brands have in the past. Thought all had a carafe copper filter...read too many descriptions I guess. But I'll keep it.
