This product is larger than I expected and I haven't used it much yet, but it has gotten a couple stains out for me so far {set-in and recent}. The downside to it working so well is that those two spots are now slightly cleaner than the area around it, so I need to get my carpet cleaner out for the whole room soon. I will say that the spots that the SpotBot cleaned stayed damp longer than I anticipated, but they did dry, so I don't see this as a problem.
We are training a puppy and have carpet this is a wonderful product. We also have a older dog that has had some issues. I would definitely recommend this product.
