★★★★★ This is an industrial fan...but VERY quiet! I use it on the 1st setting, and it pushes a LOT of air, with very little noise. I put it in the doorway to my bedroom and can easily sleep with the noise. I think it is quieter than store bought box fans. I choose an "Industrial Fan", because the box fans couldn't keep running 24/7 in the horrid heat we've been having. Industrial Fan, long life, lots of cooler air, this was a Win-Win, for me!
