★★★★☆ The product will actually work with an advanced wifi system (not like others - read SHARK). But be prepared for a few small limitations. (1) the robot will not complete a cleaning cycle of my first floor on one charge of batteries, (2) related to one above, there's no way to say "resume where you left off", (3) the dust bin is pretty small and fills quickly - when it does the robot aborts and (4) the robot maps where it went but does not allow you to segregate the area and clean just one area. Go in with your eyes open and if the above doesn't bother you, go for it.

★☆☆☆☆ I thought the refurbished Roomba would be sold with all the original accessories as a new Roomba. Brand new they are sold with two barriers. at a cost of $100 separately that’s a big loss. Disappointing.

★★★★★ I love this Roomba 980! I have a tuxedo cat and a high shedding golden retriever. Running this daily/every other day has done ALL I had hoped in cutting down the fur/dander/dust. Love that it cleans under furniture. I don’t love that the unit twists collected fur into what we call “dog yarn” that the unit won’t capture so I need to pick up about 6-7 “dog yarns” per cycle that the unit makes but admittedly, this pooch drops a TON of fur so I’m not altogether disappointed. I just pick up the yarn and say thanks to Roomba that that fur isn’t in my ears, nose, mouth, countertops etc like it was before Roomba when I only vacuumed 1-2 times weekly. We named our unit Gertie and she is an excellent learner of spaces and has no problem docking herself to recharge. Emptying the bin couldn’t be easier, set up was easy and her volume is lower than my Dyson - approx volume of my hair dryer. Overall, thrilled with this refurbished unit and the printable 2-year warranty.
